Ringtone ka maharaja

Daily getting message that "Ringtone ka maharaja" has been renewed and charged Rs.3 for that. I never requested for any service and already under DND. Also charging Re.1 for news alert getting in my mobile without my notification. I could not able to talk to the customer care agent. I understood that if you try to contact customer care a couple of time, your further attempt will end up in hearing automated message.(Informed by agent sitting in Airtel office at the beginning of MG Road Ernamkulam). I speak with customer care from Ernamkulam airtel office and deactivated the service but still no information about the refunding of money. When I contacted a senior agent he given the cell number 9895022335 which never getting connected. Please stop this kind of cheating and try to increase the revenue by giving good service.
