Not responding to my request to stop hello tune

Sir,

I subscriber to Airtel Prepaid mobile connection No.9876188818.Their customer care service is not responding to my repeated request through SMS on their customer care No.121.Despite my 8 messages on13 & 14 Nov on the above mentioned number to stop hello tune, they deducted Rs. 30 /- on 14-11 for this service. It is very strange they take no time to to start a service but never respond to request for stopping a service. In this way they fleece their customers by continuously deducting the charges of these undesired services from subscriber's prepaid amount.
