Non-renewal of message pack in-spite of recharging twice with Rs 62

I have my recharged twice with Rs 62 but monthly message pack is not renewed. i have received confirmation of recharge each time, i have recharged. kindly solve my problem, as i have faced lots of problem and have experienced loss of my valuable money twice.
