Without any request from my side, I am being charged Re1/= /day for Air Tel Gyan services. This is happening every month. One month I submitted a SMS message to Unsubscribe but the subsequent month the same game has started. I fail to understand how the onus of unsubscribing can come upon me when, in the first place, the service has been unilaterally thrust on me without my asking for it.

Kindly get this service deactivated for all times in future till I request for it. Please don't force me to approach TRAI to get remedy. I am a senior citizen and would not like to be bothered with such measures.
