Deduction of amount from main balance

I have a airtel no 8800361335 having sms pack of Rs. 88 (700 msg/day). but as per TRAI we can send 100 massages per day from the pack. Today in the morning I have send 10-15 msges from the the package only. After that charges is deducted from my main blalnce for another 8-9 msg. I called customer care from where I got the assurance only. In the after noom i got a msg stating that Re 1 is credited to your account. So please do some need ful Action towards this complaint.
