Cheating Customers

I have been an airtel mobile customer for more than 5 years. Today i discover that a conference calling facility that has been free for the entire customer base has been Rs.100 for me for the last one year because i did not intimate them to cancel it. When i requested a reason for not letting me know when the the service has been free, they were fumbling and could not give me a fair reason.

Means that if i would not have intimated now, i would have be royally cheated for the rest for my life.

thanks to no. portability, i have decided to quit airtel.
