Huge access unethical interanational roaming bill

Dear Sir

On 6th of February i have activated international roaming as i was about to to southeast asia on Holiday.

i have been told that there will international roaming charges on incoming and outgoing call which is inbetween Rs. 50-rs.100 per minute and for your blackberry it will as per your current tariff plan (which unlimited free).

when i returned back to india i got a call from airtel that my bill is approx 51000 which is inclusive of 9000 rs. incoming roaming charges 14000 rs. outgoing roaming charges and approx 27000 is for data charges

this is clear cheating first of all i have not used that much service of airtel and why they charged for blackberry data which is not acceptable to me apart of that when i call for 1 minute and when i check bill i found they charge for 3 minute i dont know what is their system to calculating call duration.

when i have received the bill it was just a simple bill no details for roaming usage and even after receiveing the bill till 21.02.2011 today as on 04.03.2011 my unbilled amount is appx. 10000 rs. which isnext to impossible as i came back to kolkata on 19.02.11 and they already raised a bill of rs.51000 appx. more that thrice of actual usage and still even after i am in india they are charging huge amount (international roaming) to my no.

as per my view now airtel is unable to maintain their profitability so they found this solution to make their profit which is purely unethical.

i therefore request to take strong action against service provide to save more victims like me.
