Airtel Prepaid
Error on recharging prepaid (by Easy Recharge and voucher)

Dear Sir,

My Airtel prepaid no. is 9025259165.

1. since 20th August my account refuses to get recharged by both easy recharge and voucher recharge. I complaint this problem to Customer care on 21st Aug and they asked me to type 'TM' and send to 404.

404 replied 'U are currently enjoying a special tariff/sms benefit. which will not be carried forward to the new plan benefit of the current plan'. Problem not solved.

2. I could not get connected to Customer care (198, 12131, 121) for one month. I complained many times and they promises it will get resolved in 2 days. But the problem persist still.
