Worst customer service ever!

Airtel pune customer care service is worst than any customer care service. Nobody should trust on their service. There is no synchronization between customer care executives and their billing department. Their Billing department has generated lots of false bills, illegal ECS access (Don't ever go for Airtel ECS service). When we pay bills on time, their system doesn't get reflected. and their so called "billing department" or "Gundas" phone us and threaten us to pay the bills which we have already paid. Thanks for the bank statements through which we can show our proofs of payment. Otherwise, they don't even respect while they ask for money. You give information to one customer care executive., next day or day after tomorrow, same questions will be repeated and so much harassment will be done by other customer care executives. Regarding ECS facility what can I say, they debited twice each month from my account. I showed them my bank statement for proof. But, Nothing happened. At that moment, they closed the complaint stating that the issue got resolved. but, they did this for 3 months continuously. At last, I took the decision to discontinue the service. Still, they are not able to discontinue my airtel connection. They always reply with this statement and this is their favorite statement "We have forwarded your request to concerned department" and that concerned department never comes back. Now, they don't even give reply to my complaints to 121. Never take airtel connection or never invest in Bharti cellular. It's a Fraud Company!!!
