Refund of payment

I have took membership in Awesome holidays by giving 20%payment at the day of application for membership. I am not able to take membership and hence request then to cancel within 10days of application. As per their company policy and membership letter they have given, 20% payment is completely refundable with 45 days, if cancellation request send within 10days of application date. I have send canncellation request on 3rd feb and till date refund is not received. It has been more than 60days now and whenever i call then they said refund under progress and u receive it next week but next week never come.

Please arrange the refund from Awesome holidays.
