Cheated by Bag it Today (book my holiday)

I had bought a holiday package from Bag It Today in Sept. We were told by Tele Marketing Officer, Mr Aman that we will get the requested date for our holiday bookings (as per the attached form and booking DD). Now we are told that these dates fall in black-out period and it is also printed on the booking form.

Aman had clearly told that we will get the bookings in Goa (at Club Mahindra Verca beach resort) for our stay from 2nd to 9th Jan. Aman told over phone that he had blocked these dates for us at the time of making payment of Rs 7000 for holiday package.

2. Those dates as told by Kunal of Book my holiday from Bag it today are blacklisted they made us fill another form sent by them through email, which we again filled and send it on 13/12 by DTDC courier. Now they said the form has not yet reached them (which is not possible) which has a DD of Rs750/-. Then i sent the scanned copy of form, DD and my verification proof, still they are not responding and giving me any booking. Yesterday when i called again they first said there computers are not working then said to call on monday i.e on 2.01.2012

2. I was promised a free gift (Reebok travel bag) for doing my booking. But there is no Free Gift delivered.

I feel cheated by Mr Aman and would like to file a case for fraud and mis-representation of facts against the sales person and Bag it Today (and Book My Holiday).

3. Since they are not giving me any booking I would atleast want my money back.
