Non Refund of Cancelled Trip even after 2 months

I have tried to book one return trip from Kolkata - Goa on 3rd May through voice support, but the trip ID did not got generated, the executive lady told that within 1 month the amount (Rs 17, 000) will be refunded. But till date i have not received any refund. I have started calling & writing mails to customer support from 15th June. I have even forwarded the Bank Credit card statement showing the debits as per their instruction on 15th June. They confirmed through mail that within 4 days they will revert back... from 21st June i have started calling again customer support & they are promising every day accounts team will get back with resolution, but no response from them... I am worried now...
