RELLWAY RESERVATION QUOTA
ALLOTMENT OF BIRTH TO HANDICAP PESSENGER

I have booked ticket having pnr no.841-1239909 under physical handicaped category. My journey date is of today 8-may. Before 2 days I had also droped request to allot birth under emergency quota. I had also enclose the disability certificate with prescribed format. Even though all these the SRO (Senior Reservation Officer Mumbai Central) do not give attention to the request & ultimately my ticket status comes to waiting list of 91. Although my travel is very urgent (the same was mention in request too) I have to travel in unreserved category, with lot of hardships & inconvience. At the same time this quota is fulled by give n take & almost 72 birth is alloted accordingly & one genuene request was not considered b'cz I had not did give & take and some political man's name is not mentoned or signed on this. I request to treat this matter to top of the management of Indian raillway & prooer justification is expected
