I tried to book a tatkal ticket on 6-5-11 from secunderabad to vijayawada with (TRANSACTION ID:0338537874), my ticket is not booked & my money is dedicated from my state bank of india account which shows in sbi account of mine (POS PURCHASE 112626385794 irctc)

help me 2 get my money, thanking u
