Excessive delays

Sir

I have been travelling in Lokmanyatilak Express (Train No 1014) for past Many years, I travelled on 10th of May (My PNR No 4510130178) The Actual departure of the train is Mentioned at 8 am from Coimbatore, The train started late by departing at 9 Am, I was supposed to travel up to gulbarga but the train almost reached 3 hr late at raichur where I have got down (actual time is 2320 at raichur) This train has been reaching almost late by 1 hr and More for the past many Months which is causing lot of Inconeniance to the passengers, in this matter I have suffered lot of Mental distress due to inordinate delays, I would like the authorities to take up the matter and maintain the time table as mentioned, and avoid lot of incoveniance caused to the general public
