My Holiday Booking Messed up

I booked a hotel through www.ezeego1.com on 19th May 08. Rs. 20357 was debited from my credit card on that very same day. The booking reference no: EZR-366922 was issed, but no itinerary was given. I tried to contact their customer care, to my utter shock i was told that they cannot see any transaction on their system. From that day till today i would have called them not less than 50 times but still they do not have any answer to my problem. THEIR CUSTOMER SERIVCE MOTOO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SHOULD 'CUST' SE 'MAR'. I really do not know why ICICI bank is promoting this fraud site. They do not respond you if you mail, they do not have answer if you call them. THESE PEOPLE ARE FREAKING SICK... MY ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU IS TO PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SITE..THANKS INDU SHARMA
