Refund of Money

I had invested Rs 7000/- for Business leads for my Travel agency in the month of March. Had made a contract for one month. They promised to give leads according to the contract, but even after one month passed there were no, leads. So i asked to refund my money. They said we will refund money after 90 working days from the day of contract. Now 6 months have passed there is no refund made at all. Then they said we will give your cheque on 5 Aug, then they changed the date to 16 Aug, till now i have not received the money. Now they say we have couriered the cheque, but sitll i have not received the payment
