False promises and high cost

This company arranges for the travel in North east and bhutan. The problem I had was they didnt deliever upto the expectation when it came to accomodations and all. Had horrible experience at few of the places. Few of the places were promised to be about 2000 rs. a day stay but they will not even be 500 bucks. Horrible experience. I feel cheated but now I have paid the money. They are not ready to readjust the amount. The whole trip cost is coming about 60% of the total amount taken from me. What can be done?
