Agoda.co.in offered Best Price Guarantee which they refuted on illogical claims

AGODA people are cheats. They say something on their website and will use very small small details to refute any claims that you may make after booking with them. I booked a room for 3 days for INR 6000/- while I got the same room for same 3 days for INR 3200/- at cleartrip.com. They had offered a best deal guarantee which they illogically dishonored citing that they offer so called "instant confirmation".

I claimed the Best Price Guarantee deal and I cited two deals which offered me much lower price for same room and same dates- 1) Cleartrip.com at INR 3200/- and 2) Makemytrip.com offered INR 3980/-. The agoda people refuses to match these deals stating that these websites doesn't provide "instant confirmation" which is untrue as I have booked twice on Cleartrip. They are refuting the claim citing these illogical reasons.

Please help me take action against them as I am paying almost double for the same room.
