Non refund of partially cancelled tickets

Tickets booked. But partially cofirmed while journey performed. TDR filed on 02/02. After expiry of 90 days twice reminded through email. Till date refund is not settled. As on date the state of my complaint is stated as: Refund under Process. Please take up the matter with the concerned authorities and arrange for redressal at the earliest possible.
