Late train

I am feeling very pity for our Indian Railway, whose working style is shit. I have booked 7 tickets from chakki bank to Bandra terminas, tickets were confirmed. Train timings were 11.05 from chakki bank station but when i reached at station there was a notice train no 09022 is running delay with 16 hours. It was strange that there was no any accident or anything and amazing thing was that entire railway department was behaving neutral. they were behaving so rude. They were shouting on inquiry counter.

Many times i had called up on 139 complaint no, so every time they were giving different statements.

This bloody entire department should be closed...

I have never seen such kind of frustrated and uneducated staff...
