Ref. – Complaint regarding non-receipt of holiday vouchers

On April 23rd I made a payment of Rs 5943/= through my ICICI credit card in favour of Living Media India Ltd. (ITBC) to book a holiday package anywhere in India. I received a form which I duly filled and forwarded it to PREMIER SALES PROMOTION PVT. LTD., PO BOX 5042, BANGLORE 560001, INDIA via regular post as courier services and registered post do not operate on PO Boxes.

There have been several calls offering other products in the past year and a half, but there is no sign of the first one coming through. Your executives have checked the records at your end and have confirmed the receipt of the amount. However, despite complaints on every one of these occasions on my part, your sales executives have failed to give a response regarding the status of the above package. Promises about ‘senior’ authorities getting back to me have been hollow promises and no ‘senior’ has got in touch with me till date.

The sole reason for my acceptance of the holiday package was INDIA TODAY GROUP being the promoter of this scheme. I hope this letter is enough to get some action initiated at your end to find out the reason for the problem and not tarnish the image of one of India’s most respected publishing groups.
