Cancelletion of E-Ticket

I have purchased one E-ticket (HWH to PURI) in Sri Jagnnath Exp. (PNR No. 6447882257 & Transaction ID : 0278550837) for 25th January & Return Ticket (PURI to HWH) in Puri HWH Express (PNR No. 6250514588 & Transaction ID : 0281310553) for 30th January by using my Internet. Now I want to cancel those Two Tickets due to some physical problem. But poblem is that whenever I try to logged in & cancel for E-ticket there is no feedback. (I am trying it for a long time, but no response) Please arrange to Cancel Two E-Tickets (PNR No. 6447882257 & Transaction ID : 0278550837 for 25th Jan'2011) & Return Ticket (PNR No. 6250514588 & Transaction ID : 0281310553 for 30th January) immediately and return my Balance amount by Bank.
