Problem in updation of any profile details including password

Today (03/2) i tried to change my login password of my IRCTC website Login Id.: subu9939. while changing the password it shown that your password was not changed but now i am unable to log in my account with any of the password and i am unable to reset also.

i want to cancel one of my ticket and for that login form my account is required, and i am unable to login
