My complaint is about the hidden charges of IRCTC..

Every time i booked a ticket from IRCTC the amount of 11.00 is automatically deducted from my bank account. & it happened 9 times since Jan in 2 months.

i have contacted to care@irctc.co.in but there is no such reply from them.
