Sir, I tried to book Railway Reservation Tickets Through IRCTC online e-ticketing facility on 29-05. durng the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. when i cheked my account balance on 29-05 balance is showing less amount by Rs 307/-.
