Nowadays If tickets moved to RAC, it is not getting confirmed in Yercaud Express (Chennai-Erode). Is the seat allocation is happening properly. The cancellation ratio becomes very less nowadays. Even waiting list tickets around 80 or 70 when booked before 1 months is not getting confirmed. Only sitting is allocated in Sleeper Coaches. Why we have to travel in sitting when paid for berth to sleep? IRCTC is in hands of touts, agents with the help of corrupted irctc employees. The newspapers published about the irctc corruption, eventhough the government is not taking necessary steps.

On Aug10 the IRCTC is not opened at all for more than 20 mins. For any festival bookings, this is become common. After that every tickets got booked. What is really happening in IRCTC?
