I have booked ticket on nethravathi express (train no 16345) for today 31/08.

But, I am not able to cancel it because the site is not responding properly.

some times its not loading, other times its showing the message the your session is expired

I have been trying from yesterday evening onwards.

I have tried from many computers but all of my effort was in vain :(

I lost money due to the irresponsibility of IRCTC
