Dear Sir,

I have purchased train ticket on 21/12 from Angamaly to Bangalore through onlie. The cost of ticket was Rs.504/- But it was not confirmed ticket.. The railway authority didnot allow me to travel, because they said it is invalid ticket. I am not aware of the details. Please arrange to reimburse my money.
