Kalra Tours and Travels
Not Responded for Refund

Dear Team,

Please help us urgently take action on Kalra Tours and Travels. We had booked for a holiday for 5 nights and 6 days with them and to visit Vaishnav Devi Temple as a part of it. We were asked to pay Rs.20000 as advance as they had to do hotel bookings etc.

We paid that and unfortunately due to sudden demise of a family member we were unable to make the trip in the last month before travel. Animma (who had confirmed the receipt and was interacting with us on the whole project had agreed to provide the refund initially after Navrathri and then she said let Diwali come and I shall provide. Till today she has not responded and is not picking up our calls. Even their so called head office is not picking up calls.

Please help urgently as this company seems to be cheating people in the name of Holiday Planners. Please let me know whom I need to inform or take it to ensure they are taken on task or being questioned. Please help me get the refund.

How can a customer trust these people. Please advise if a case has to be filed against them - I'm fine doing that as well. I have enough evidences to support the same.
