Ticket not booked & money not refunded

Hi,

I was trying to book a ticket in Kesineni through Online booking. The ticket was not generated even though money got deducted from my account. On contacting Kesineni, they informed me that money will be refunded within 7 days. But after 8 days, the amount was not refunded and on contacting again, they are informing me that it will take another 7 days.
