No refund on unconfirmed online booking for almost 2 months Complaint, Hyderabad

I am quite dissatisfied with the online service of Kesineni Travels and frustated with the response from their help desk.

I had booked a ticket on 28-Sep for the route of Hyderabad to Mumbai for 2 paxs. The total payment amount was Rs 2000. The booking reference number: BE0CF2.

The amount was deducted from my account but due to some issue, the ticket was NOT confirmed. I called the online help desk and i was informed that tickets are not confirmed so the amount will be refunded within 14 working days. For your journey you can book another ticket.

Till date (16-Nov) the amount is not refunded. I have been calling the help desk of kesineni since last 1.5 months, multiple times. The complaint # lodged in their system is 35494 and 35492 (as i was informed). Everytime i call again; i get the response that amount will be refunded in next 48 hours. I don't know when these 48 hours will be over.

If kesineni officials are listening; then please do the needful and refund the amount of Rs 2000.
