Online transaction refund

My online transaction got failed, but money (Rs. 1264) got debited from the credit

card

already send lot of mails to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org, but till now no

reply from them..

Please look into this issue ASAP.

Its been more a month, but still no reply for the mails i have sent and if i call to this number (Please call on 080-22221223, 22221321, 22221332 and 22221128 Extn

283 for delay in refund of credit card payments and any other debit

card payments except SBI.

Please call on 080-22221223, 22221321, 22221332 and 22221128 Extn

280 for delay in refund of online SBI (debit cards) payments.),

but if we call, they put us on HOLD and i once almost waited 30 min, but no reply.

Please someone look into this issue orelse there is no use in Consumer protection and stuffs.
