I RANJITH VANAMALA BOOKED AN E-TICKET ON 31-10 USING AXIS BANK DEBIT CARD

The amount of Rs 2, 346 has been deducted from my axis bank account for which ticket has not been issued.

Journey particulars: From Bangalore to Ooty.

I have mailed KSRTC many a times on this matter but they have not refunded my money. Hope you look into the matter and help me to get my money back.
