Reg: Refund issues for train ticket cancellation

Dear Sir,

Reference: PNR No 4336307927, & Make my Trip ID: NR 251768630995

I have booked the ticket for train on 15 Dec, to come by 18 Dec - 8.30pm train (Train No ; 16178 - Rockfort Express) via MAKE MY TRIP Website. But i cancelled the ticket on 16.Dec. Even i received the confirmation sms from IRCTC for cancel the ticket. But still i have not get my refund amount.

Kindly help me for this issue, Please do the needful action,
