Does not return remaining money from ticket

Resprected sir,

i am mr. pratap sitaram more lecturer profession. i am traveling daily form jamb (bk)-sirur tajband-ahmedpur by msrtc bus. i travel with ticket daily.19 rupees ticket from jamb-sirur tajband; but every conductor on that route does not return 1 rupee from balance ticket with the reason of change.

sir, they also write behind ticket with over writing but can't return remaining money of every passenger.i have all proof wih ticket.nobody cant to understand our problem.they talk with us by coming on lower level.

please understand our problem forgive justice.
