Muskan Travels or National Travels
Cheating in e-ticket booking

I booked a ticket via redbus.com on 8th April. I booked the ticket from Bangalore (Majestic) to Chennai in Muskan travels. But at Majestic I didn't find Muskan travel agency there and enquired a local guy. He told that it is tied up with National travels and asked me to check with National travels.

But when I show the ticket to them they (National travels) told me that the bus got breakdown and arranging a last middle seat in another bus. But they charged Rs.875/- and seat no is 18. So I fought with them and finally I got seat no 13. It is not Multi-axle bus, in KPN they are charging 750/- for multi axle buses.

The departure time is 10.45PM. But I reported there by 10.00PM. If really the bus got break down, can't they arrange a new spare bus with in 45 minutes? Is that the reason? Or way of cheating?

One more interesting thing is, some more guys get-in the bus at madiwala without reservation. They were told that the fare is 500/-. They demanded it to 400/- and got the last seat, which was allocated me earlier.
