Not retuning my 20000

Awesome holidays take payment for their membership. But due to only verbal miscommunication, i decided not to take their membership. I have already paid 20 percent of total fees i.e. 20000 rs. When i asked them to return my money, they rudely told me that it can not be returned at all. Then they stop even giving responce to me.
I want my money back, please help me or guide me.
