Wrong printed ticket

Dear sir/madam

i m going to inform you that i booked a flight ticket from your agent VISWAA COMMUNICATION, ERODE . The ticket was from banglore to delhi dated 17 oct and depart time was 10:50. they provide us indigo airline ticket which ref. no. was 3115549703.

when i reached banglore airport before 2 hours of departure. the airport authority refused us to get bording pass.

airport authority answerd that related flight take off at 6:00. but all printed material was showing correctness.

when i approch to travel agent he told its company's mistake and i can't help you.

neither company nor agent accept their fault. both are blemming each other.

i fell to much hersment and mental tourcher from them. i want my full money refund without any charges.

otherwise i will go for legal action.
