Refund Amount not credite

No refund for cancelled tickets

I have booked a ticket in Parveen travels thro online from Hosur to Chennai, journey date: 31/08, No of seats: 2, amount: Rs.1273/- ticket no: BS00871868. But due to personal reasons i decided to cancel the tickets, and it was done thro customer online itself on

22/08, she informed that tickets got cancelled and i will receive the refund amount deducting 10% Rs.1135/- will be refunded to my account directly.

But till this date there is no refund from them, i have made nearly 10 phone calls to them they are telling it will be refunding shortly. I dont know what to do? do any one have same experience and get solved?

Can anyone suggest how to sove this problem.
