Online Ticket Booking

I have booked a ticket thru APSRTC onlie with reference: OB229134, the amount was deducted from my bank. But i got a message: Seats are already booked, Contact APSRTC for refund money.

(Even after an 1hr same seats are in available state)

I don't understand the miracles of this APSRTC onlie booking.

Suggest whom i have to contact.
