Awaiting Refund

Hi,

I had taken a DishTv connection in the month on january 31.The installation charges were paid. The unit was installed on 2 of february and from that day till today that is 9 of june i am still waiting for the services to be activated.

I have complained atleast 100 times at the customer care number. I have sent close too 10 mails but to no avail.

Please suggest me a way to get a refund of my money paid.
