Sir,

I had booked my Movie tickets in Big Cinemas, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Pune through bookmyshow.com, but tickets were not booked and balance was deducted through my account (Acc. no.- 07240040008213)

Following are transaction details:

Date and time of booking: 02/06 04:36:21 P.M.

Amount: 1165.50 Rs.

Bank Reference no.: 0002593470

Merchant: OSBOOKMYSHOW

Account No.: 07240040008213

Please take some serious action on this and refund my 1165.50 Rs. as early as possible.
