I had recently ordered TATA SKY over the internet. I got a call from the marketing department and subsequenlty placed the order. I also paid advance for whole 12 months of subscription. I was told that installation charge of Rs 500 will be included and I was fine with that. I was assured that no other installation charges would be levied after that. Subsequently, after the engineer came and installed the device, an additional charge of Rs 500 was levied on the pretext of long cable. I felt very cheated.

On top of that, my repeated complaints have not gone anywhere. Everytime, I call customer service, I am told that the matter is being looked into and that someone will call me back and the matter will be resolved in 24 hours. Several hundred hours have come and gone by. Meanwhile my service has been discontinued even after I paid for he hole year subsription. My customer Id is: 1069909222.
