Sir my name is OMPRAKASH SINGH my dish tv card no is 01507990416 .I h've made a recharge of 150 Rs.

but it is not providing me the service and responding me that " channel not found ". I've tried to your toll free service no. but they are not responding.

please start my service as soon as possible.
