Dish TV / DTH
Refund awaited

Hi,

I, Fahimuddin Sayed, had placed an order for 2 connections of Dishtv via Recahrgeitnow.com, a vendor of Dish TV. The transaction took place online on 31st Dec at 8:06 pm where I paid Rs.1380/- to them and the order id was R21326311210 and token no. 1915660. The delivery for the 2 connections was to be made on 6th Jan. But it was not delivered even by mid Jan. On mailing Rechargeitnow.com, I was advised to get in touch with Dish TV directly. I called Dish TV and cancelled the order and asked for a refund but nothing seems to be happening. I have mailed them more than twice and also spoken over phone time and again but no actoin is being taken.

I request help on the matter as I feel helpless and cheated by the company.
