Unexpected balance cut by service by unasked service

I hereby complaint that such a big networking company like idea is doing its great effort in charging its consumers by itself activating unasked services as it doing with me cutting rs5 from by balnce daily since 3 weeks and on complaining to customerb care no one picks phone and if picks firsty says amount would compensated but nothing happens.

i called again fore the same answer was given in a rude manner by raju.

please look for that.
