Efusing refund-as commited

Ihave subcribed a MYWAY IP TV connection in the month of July, While installation the dealer M/S Kartik Automobiles -Pune has conformed that if the services are not satefactory they will refund Rs.1800 / out of Rs.2000 which I have paid. They had given 30 days as a initial time fr checking & if not required I can disconnect for which they will be taking Rs 200 as installation charges. Since the services were not satsfatory, as I had techinical defects, I had lodgeda complaint to their toll free. Complaints were attended & soultions were temporaty. More over they had commited that SUN TV package will be added to the list in the month of AUG-10 which did not happen. I had updated my desition of disconnection to the MYWAY toll free, They rfuded any such schem & declined to help me

After that when I sent mails & contacted toll free several times, they had refuesd f refund,

I had not got any reply for the mails to their mail Id. Alter I had contacted one Mr Sachin who claims as manager for Pune, & submited my difficulty. He requested me to send a mail to him with a copy to his superior. I had sent mails & also called him But he was not able to give me a solution.

As per Mr. Sachin the dealer M/S kartik automobiles has floated this scheam & he will instruct the dealer to refund my money through his superior. Till date I have not got any reply or update in this regards

If the scheam was floated by the dealer, it is the responciblity of the primary service provider to full fill their dealers commitment.

Would want a refund of my money acomited by the dealer.
