Extremly bad experiance with Airtel digital for getting Multi connection still awiting for the activation

We have paid money for getting multi connection of Airtel Digital DTH service on 25th Oct. After lot of follow ups the Set up box installation has been done but still the services are not activated though the 1 month subscription was free. After lot of follow up no revert from the company. It seems they are not atall interested in solving customers complains.
