Installation Delay

Dear sir i am Manoj From Jaipur and i requetsed to install a reiance big tv connection at my home town Chirawa (jhunjhunu) on 01 nov 10 at therir customer care number and they respond positively to install with in 48 hours but still today is 08 nov and neither i recieve a call from their engineer not i get installed connection.
